I did forget to mention something, the engine that i have been able to acquire is comeing with an auto, and my car is a manual right now, so everything is there for the manual, so I am just wondering if it's possible to take the auto off this engine and just put my manual tranny right on?

Just take off the flywheel and put it on your new engine, then bolt your manual tranny that you have now onto the new engine.

I did this when I blew up mine.

DOOD a simple search of the forum will tell you everything you need to know, but to save you the trouble. you just unbolt the ATX and unbolt the ATX flywheel off of your new motor. then bolt onth eMTX flywheel and clutch system, and throw it back into your car. easy as pie

ATX = automatic trans

MTX = Manual trans

Easy as pie Xd I don't think there is a easier way to explain it than that lol.
