Post by facko »

ok im pretty sure i blew the rings in my car and i was wondering this...is there a difference in the rings for b6-de and the b6t? i was wondering because ive turbo'd my b6 dohc and figured if i can get the b6t rings, And they are higher quality it might be worth looking into. any info on this or even what rings to get would be greatly appreciated, thx alot :D

i don't think going with any other rings would be a benefit. people with BPTs use protege rings and they work just fine.

I've never heard or anyone trying different rings before.. possibly worth a shot though, but I'd watch out because obviously mm's can be costly!! Been there done that.
