Timing Belt/ Water Pump (it's 100,000 they should be changed? or have been changed)
Automatic or Manual (last time clutch was replaced)
SOHC/DOHC
How long have you owned the car?
Synthetic Oil, good at changing it, don't come back with every 3000 miles unless you really do, it's ok to come back hey I missed a few I prolly average every 5000 miles becuase well with me thats why I average easily is 5000 miles it's a 4 cyl and well I've read all over the place it doesn't need it every 3k
