its easy....undo the side sills, remove the seats & center console and the rear seat cushion and it pops out with ease. you don't have to remove the rear side panels but the front kick panels will need to come out, but those are also easy..

Then you have to take all the clips and stuff off of the old carpet and get them on the new somehow. Some of the slips are sewn on and some are glued on. Some are not clips but velcrow and you'll need to get new velcrow and glue it where it needs to be. If you don't do this then the carpet will slide all over and look like general crap.

Most definately since my specific crap looks like gold and smells like roses. This is of course an anomoly and cannot be found in any other feces of any other species on the planet. I am gifted with the turds and do not mind telling people about it.
I fell sorry for the rest of humanity that are stuck with smelly and generally unpleasantly looking crap.
