That is one of the cars that was in my line-up of choices when I bought my MX-3. It lost out due to its trans problems and lack of power from a decently large V-6. The MXs near handeling capabilities, smooooth V6, and beautiful body lines won me over.

I have that same Celica Chiggles. 94 GT about 175,000 miles now. I ALMOST bought a GT4 front clip from a Jap importer for 4,000. It would have been awesome, but I didn't want to turn the Celica into a second project car. 240hp, all-wheel-drive, turbo 1.8L. Would have been awesome!!!
Still wish I had bought it, but oh well.

This is the one I almost bought. I took it to NOPI this year in Memphis and got 1st place. It was a friend of mine who owned this up till recently.
I wanted it, but.. I dont want a car I'd be nervous about leaving in a parking lot.

Me = envious. LOL! I only wish I had the $$$ and space to own a 2nd ride. Live in an apartment so I don't get the space to have a 2nd car parked in the lot, but more to the point, I probably couldn't afford to have a 2nd car just yet.
