For sale: Complete bolt on K8/KLZE/KLDE V6 turbo kit

Post by rebel2k4 »

The time has come that my car is no longer needed as a reliable daily driver and I'm in the process of building a full race setup for it with a built motor.

I have put 20k miles on this turbo kit, it is VERY reliable and makes excellent power.

So here's what's included:

T3/T04B S trim turbo. .63 a/r exhaust .60 compressor, good to 350+ HP and has FAST spoolup. Was rebuilt before I got it. Excellent shape, no smoke, shaft or end play

2.5" Mandrel collector pipe, bolts to stock K8 exhaust manifolds and has 02 bungs like stock

2.5" Mandrel downpipe with 2.5" flex bolts to stock exhaust or any catback

air intake elbow

Modified crossmember (must trade for your stock one, or I will keep)

Charge piping with couplings and BOV. This is made to fit a KLDE intake manifold

KLDE intake manifold and throttle body

Battery box, wiring, and kill switch

3 extra injectors with pressure switches

Vortec 8:1 FMU

Internal wastegate

Oil return pipe

-4AN stainless oil braided feed and fitting to fit block

Can include tapped oil pan for extra $30

This is set up to run 6 psi. VERY reliable. Made 268.95 whp on 8 psi. I have went 13.05@109.5 on pump gas with this kit. All with a stock KLDE engine.

What is needed: NOTHING!
Well, some common install knowledge. You will need to relocate your coolant filler and your overflow tank, along with the battery.

Price is $1400 USD shipped to the continental US. Not a bad deal to bolt on double your HP, and then some. Trust me, this kit will make your K series V6 scream.

Yeah, it was done on a DE engine. The kit is non intercooled but I log 130 degree charge temps under 10 psi of boost. That is very comparable to an intercooler kit, and you get the added benefit of an octane increaser (methanol) and cleaning the engine that water injection does.

I believe sale is currently pending. Thanks guys.

Have to fund the $1500+ parts that are going in to my new kit, not including labor, fab work, or shipping. Just a bunch of boxes of metal...
