car is jerking, Need help

Hi ALL. I need help, My car jerking while driving. I had a look at the plugs ang cables. Put a new fuel filter, same problem. If i just rev the car(standing still) at between 3500 and 4000 revs the car starts "missing". What could it be. If the car is warm, it also drops revs every now and again while idling. Please help.

Check out anything that could modify your air or fuel, such as: manifold leaks, leaks in the intact track after the MAF, IAC leaks, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, injectors grounding out.

Normally it's a leak that causes something like that.
