i was found not guilty of HOV violation ( in car pool lane with only one person) i thought it was awesome.
the story is i was getting on an on ramp when my intake hose decided to tear and f--- up my idle. the reular lanes were full so i had to use carpool to pull over to check under the hood. a cop was rite there and wrote me up a ticket after he saw my car die 3-4 times.
he said : you need two people in your vehicle to be in the carpool lane"
what a b----.
anyway he didnt even put in the police report that my car was dying and i had to get to carpool to pull over.
thank god the judge believed me i felt lucky considering a judge took my word for it because my criminal record is pretty bad.
anyway for all you who didnt know it IS a moving violation to drive in carpool with only one person and will make your car insurance rate go up
