ok I wired the TT.
Now couple of problems..
When I start the car the TT turns on then right away turns off. I turn it on again and it stays on. the timer seems to work correctly. When drive the car aggressively the meter adds time.
So I'm guessing once you shut down the car it start the countdown.
but mine when I turn off the car, the TT shut off too.

Did I tap in the wrong wires ? it seems so

there is more than one 12v source in the colum. turn your key to the on position, and test for a constant power 12v. you will have to turn your key to the off, and make sure its not on, then turn all the way and make sure your power never turns off. in my RS the 12v source is blue. i have like 3 of them in the colum.
