Shaky Idle, Blinking hold light, loss of power

Alright, Im wondering if someone can pinpoint what the issue may be here. Yes I tried searching but there was nothing I could find that targeted the issue..

So here goes.. Shifts from 2nd to 3rd back and forth like it doesnt know what it wants to do.. i notice a definite loss of power when accelerating.. blinking hold light.. and shaky idle..

anyone hav ANY ideas?
