Hi!

Thank the Lord I found you all! :D

I have been looking for a forum like this for a while now since I am a proud new owner of a mx3 1.8 V6.

Been absorbing the forums for all the info I can get as I didnt get an owners manual nor can I find a Haynes manual..but now I understand why.

Though my first post should be to the European Board as the mx3 seems to be a bit of a rarity on the UK roads (well at least around these 'ere parts)

A day without sunshine is like, you know, night and a drive without my mx3 is like, you know, boring.

lol welcome to the mx-3 community...
the guys over the pond have a vast knowledge on all things mx3. What i would say is there not a cheap car to modify lol. but the guys (and girls) on here are great and will help you as much as they can. I've learned loads from here... get some pics of your car up. what i would say is people respect a nice clean stock model as much as a modified ride.... some more than others :)

Welcome to the BB. I'm in U.S. now but was born in Edinburgh so thought I'd say hello here.

Hi all,
Thanks for ur replies!

Been scouring the forums for subtle mods like air induction kits and cooling tips but somethings still eliude me like a "phenolic spacer".. sounds impressive though! :D

But dont you think some mods that are kicking around sound alot scarier than others? I wouldnt have a clue on how to build an exhaut system from scratch!

Does any body know of any up coming jap cars meets?
would be really interested in seeing other mx3-er's and what they've done (if any) to thier cars!

I didnt get to Peterborough japfest although its no too far from me

Cheers
