Bring in back to crappy tire for sure if thats the problem, or bring it to ford dealer is it was an istallation problem, you can get alot of money out of those department store garages or dealerships if more damage was done by the mechanic. I braught my 2000 sonoma in for an oil change and they drained the oil out but apperently did not put any in. So the canadian tire did the usual "burn around the back of the parking lot while the owner is not there" and WHAM threw a rod in like seconds. I sued for the engine (got a BRAND new engine for a blown engine with more than 300,000 km on it)...and i drove that truck hard too, Also the abrupt stop i guess jarred the transmission and it did not shift properly... Something to do with broken bands...but it would lock up in 2nd gear (automatic)....So i got a BRAND new transmission, and i got lost wages for my job (i need the truck for my job) All in all it worked out quite well, now i have all that lost power back at the rear wheels.....
