Hey, Installed a MSD BTM and I lost my tach reading on my dash. I still have it on my SAFC II but not on my dash anymore. Anyone ever install one??

yah with several Fords and Mazda's they have this problem. the easiest way to fix it is with an aftermarket tach. they have several brands on there website somewhere that are compatable.

yes you need the adapter, there is another way to do it. I think it involved some sort of resistor or something, but do a search and see what comes up, or do the simple thing and get an adapter. Autometer should be able to help, so maybe call them.
Justin, this has been discussed several times, and I'm pretty sure you do have to have an adapater.

My signal is coming straight from the + side of the coil.
