I know that this is held on Saturday and Sunday ... what time does it start and end each day? ......... what do they charge you to see something like this?

spectator fee is $8 per person per day

gates open to public at 9:00 each day

Ahem....johnny must speak up!!! It's not necessary that your ride is "show quality", neither is mine. It's perfectly OK to go in 2 cars. You have a mind and a will...exercise it and put some miles on your ride. The ride from PontyPool to Trenton will take you through some pretty nice twisties and curvy backroads...something your b/f's car is not always accustomed to or designed for...yours is. You must bring your car...no options here. You must find an excellent spot to park so as to allow other MX'rs to join in. Let your b/f do his thing with his car and you do your's with your's. If we all went to the compact dreams in someone else's car or not in our own MX than how the hell are we going to connect with each other...unless you were planning on wearing a humongus placard that read "I DRIVE AN MX3... TALK TO ME IF YOU DO TOO". You catch where I'm coming from on this? No time like the present and this is the best place to meet the rest of us. You know you're going to have a bazillion questions about your car for us ( and you will)....and a little difficult to sort it out when your car is not there...right. Good, end of discussion....see you there (with your MX).....and don't be late!!!.....LOL

LOL- Jschrauwen.... What I meant by not show quality yet is that my windshield is broken...

But beyond that, I know what you mean by there really is no reason not to take two cars... but that's what we'll be doing next year... no worries, you will all see my car EVENTAULLY but until then, I actually like just supporting him with his thing... I actually want to see my competition out there, get some ideas, and see where it takes me from there... If it wasn't for Wayde (my bf) I would have just bought the car and drove it until it fell apart. He's the one actually pushing me to show it's potential.

So if you don't see me with a huge sign above my head you'll see me around looking at all of your cars...and yes I am sure I will have some questions, but I'm a good listener with a great memory... and if I forget.... that's what the forum is for!

So, since your methods of persuasion didn't work this time, next year you will see my car out...unless I run into some other peices of bad luck

But I think if you all want to meet me as much as I do you all... you'll come seek me and my ride as I would you all....lol

And the whole twisties and curvy roads.... I remember them all too well from last year. And if you want.... I'll park my dinky car next to you guys... it's the best I can do...

And seriously... I may consider the sign thing for Sunday if need be, if I don't meet anyone on the Saturday....

The judging takes place on both days...so you are better to go both just in case they don't get toyour car on Saturday, it'll be looked at Sunday. Also the awards are given out onthe Sunday too... you wouldn't want to miss that, especially if you're up for one

But as for the discounts... they never gave any out to any groups last year.... can't see it happenin this year... there'd be too much controversy over it...

Actually, there WAS a early bird fee before June 1st. There was also a group discount if registered early and ALL registration were received together.

I asked this club for those earlier but nobody was interested at the time. The TOProtege club took advantage of this and sent in 14 registrations.

I was actually thinking of going today but with gas prices where they are right now, and a previous engagement that when longer than anticipated, that was a no go

I counted 4. Adverised to have 400-500 participants...rough count was less than 150????

Nicest (non-bling) participant was a 2000 Miata, lots of chrome in all the right places, under the hood, in the interior, in and on the dash, all latches....extremely tastefully done, only 25,000km of dry summer driving use, owner was from Kingston.

Okay everyone... I need to know... Whaa Haappened to all of yous that were supposed to be coming to the show??? I only met ONE and I was looking forward to a lot more.... You missed a great show...Especially the one I put on
