Sell is asking way to much so he needs to lower the price if he wants to sell
if he keeps it..then he defeats his original intent...TO SELL
the seller wants X amount, the buyer offers Y amount..somewhere inbetween those prices is the price where it will sell.
i also told him ..he needs to know when to fold them, ie ..let go. sell and move on.
so why has anyone not offered him his asking price?
i dont see u or any other poster in the thread offering him what he is asking or even more!!!
yes, u can give lots of reasons why not..but they are just excuses.
bottom line, no one really thinks its worth that much
i also understand that to the seller, the car is not only worth what he is asking..but lots more..i dont blame the seller..but seller needs to face reality
