:?: So that's the DE-swap...? How hard was it (any mods?) to swap in...? Or did you have it installed...? Mainly curious about the brake resevior/mastercylinder...

Nice car.

that's the swap. It was a direct bolt-on, just had to mix and match some parts from a 1.8L v6. Didn't have to relocate anything, just get a new intake from a probe. Use stock mx-3 engine mounts. Very easy if you know what you doing.

Thanks for looking.

ECU and VAF came from 1994 Probe GT.

Never dynoed the car, but ran 15.0 with just the engine swap and 2.25" catback exhaust. That was stock 1.8 ECU,VAF, clutch, suspension. Iam guessing it should be in mid to high 14s

Nice looking car, may be a bit high on the price though.

The price seems alright with the DE swap. I've seen people here in Cali asking up to $4500 for a regular RS.

I think the price is fair. I have invested around $10k into this car. It runs perfect. If you add up all the parts, plus new engine it's well over $3600.

 $3600 is reasonable... Consider a $1000 engine-swap (if you paid for labour, & not even considering tuning and misc parts while tuning) and atleast $500 rims/tires... The car (stock) should be worth $2000...

:? my .02

 Thanx for the info Mradio...

True, but you rarely get back what you put into a car.

John_R1, no problem! be careful on that bike, if you have one. :)

I know that usually you never get back what you invested, unless some other enthusiast picks up where you left. That's why iam not asking $10k, but only a 1/3 of what I have in it.

The car comes with ALPINE cd/mp3 player, that model was worth like $400 when new. Iam leaving it with the car.
