When I bought my MX-3, I was surprised to discover it didnt seem to have a wheel jack or a wheel brace.

I eventually found the Jack in a neat compartment in the rear of the boot area. I fell about laughing & still goggle when I think about it.

I never did find the wheel brace - I wasn't where the manual said it should be - in a neat little black pouch with other important tools, hidden UNDER the spare tyre - in the spare tyre compartment. My pouch was empty.

Mazda eventually supplied another brace for a not inconsiderate £9.99 or whereabouts. That was Naymills Mazda in Southall - they did have to order it for me though.

Hope this helps
