As weird as it looks.. ok.. as ugly as it looks.. I bet the sucker is damn efficient at scooping air for a Ram Air setup. The beginning edge being so narrow would probably serve to form a low pressure area behind the incoming air.. almost making a vacuum effect as the air goes up the twist before hitting the open portal, potentially sucking up more air behind it as it goes.. If this thing functions the way it looks like its intended to.. it would be damn efficient even at low speeds. But then I could be wrong and it could just be a damn ugly POS freaky front bumper on yet another riced out import

that bumper does exist, its a Delta 1 front bumper an the rest of the kit is just as crappy. not good IMHO. very VERY expensive here in the UK

I cant quite remember the name of the company, but they were up for sale about a year ago. Yes it was a british company, and yes they were totally crap. The kits had ugly front ends, a horrid rear and skirts were just as stupid. And just to top it off they were really over priced.
I have no idea why people bought them they were total shite.
The car is a Fiat Seicento, a tiny little car from from Italy.

that bumper is made by a company called delta autosport! Their real big over here!!
