installing quetion about locking hood pins

is it realy hard to install locking hood pins or dose it just take a little bit of time?

i am trying to install them and i have the pin alll the way to the bottom and the hood still doesn't close to much hood gap. I can send u a pic of what i have done so far, the way the hood locks look on a CF hood iam guessing that is what u r using them with.Just pm me or message me on msn my user is biglou10@hotmail.com.
