checked the transtort priceses today!

the lenses or the whole lamp cost the same!!

it will cost about 43 usd or 53 cnd!

and no you can't swap the lenses to your DOT peice of sh1t housings...the lenses are different if you look towards the bottom.

Lenses are what produces the beam pattern of the lights. It would be great if DOT and ECE housings and internal reflectors be the same. Then you just swap the lenses and good to go. But, no, Internal reflectors are totally different, so no, ECE lenses will not make better beam with DOT housings. You need the whole deal.
