Is it ok to have about a rpm at oh lets say 500 ????/

yeah, should be fine, if you like teeth chattering vibrations and stalling out :)

answer: no... no way in hell :P
keep the idle around 700-800
it's a tiny engine anyway... if you're worried about burning lotsa gas while idling, stop hitting so many red lights :)
