Will a honda civic short shifter work with the MX?

most likely not, theyre bit different
Magnum s/s lines, strut bars, carbon fiber bezel, indiglow gauge, Sony Xplod, inverted c/f hood, SRD lower tie bar '93 GS SE '95 Cobra SVT #2722 '68 Charger R/T 440

im pretty sure it wont, check out pictures of mx3 shifter and civic shifter, look different, just get one off of ebay

I did it looks similar I have a civic and I just wanna know if someone has done it or knows if it works bf I get one for it

how about you check for us then, take one off of your civic and try to put it on mx3...im sure it wont work

You don't have to take the whole thing out to see if it will work just make sure that they are the same width and that the bolt fits through the hole.

i'm pretty sure they do. My friend in his 323 with a bpt swap has a civic one, and they share chassis with the protege which of course, fits the mx-3. Give it a shot, if not then theres always a refund,haha. []Deace
