I wrecked my MX yesterday on the way to family's house to watch the Steeler game. Nobody was hurt, unless you count a bush. I slipped on black ice, then continued to slide on dirt spread across the road from runoff. I hit a sign, which popped my tire and slightly "bent" the rim. I came to rest against the edge of a fence and on top of a bush. There doesnt seem to be any mechanical damage. In the pictures it looks like the headlight is damaged, but its an optical illusion from the snow. In the first picture you can tell the fence was recently replaced from another crash, and I was told by the renter of the house that there are accidents there regularly. I drive the road weekly, I guess I was "due". Pics in link:

Is it normal for an insurance agent to find replacement parts for you? I guess I have a new front end and fender all ready for me.
I'm thinking of having the whole car painted while its being repaired. My rear bumper would need repainted as well from a bump I got last winter, and I have quite a bit of oxidation on the roof. How hard would it be for them to go darker, say Noble Green(VQ) http://www.mx-3.com/colours/noble_green.jpg ?
