yea it'll run fine, no problems. I personally just swapped harnesses because they're like 30 bucks at the local salvage yard and it took me like 45 minutes to swap harnesses and i didnt have to run wires or solder anything. But if you wanna save the cash run the two wires. Look for the pinouts and run the wires because if not than you'll probably get a check engine light. Peace
It will run with no problem there Krishna, I have no doubt there is an advantage to swapping the harness, see if you can get one from a local scrap yard, shoulden't cost too much and it might save you a hassel. A friend of mine coulden't find one so he wired it up with his stock harness, car runs fine, he had a check engine light though( I believe it was because of the missing wire's Jteezy mentioned not being hooked up ), he fixed it eventually but I never did ask what it was.

the engine will run with the 1992-93 engine harness and ECU just not very well. Definetly get the ECU for the BP.
With the stock 92-93 harness and BP ecu the engine will run and idle fine, but at higher RPM you will lose power. All you need to do is hook up the two VICS wires after that and your set. That's how I did mine, and it run's like a champ, with no cel codes
