I only tracked mine with the ZE wich was a 14.4 but i think a normal GS would have to run 16 and up.

This topic would be better off in the track section. Ok with that said
16 and up is a good estimate. my personal best at moroso is 16.4
but let me break in this new clutch properly and see if I can't better that.
I'm refering to the manual by the way. I would add 1 second to the times for the auto.

Its pretty awesome times for the KLZE.
Imagine putting a turbo on it, full exhaust, take out 200 pounds off the car and hit 13.2s and no Mustang or Camaro would be able to touch you

see, I don't see how the times are so slow for a 1.8 Gs.....

I used to own a 94 4 banger, and my best time was 16.3 with it.

I know own a 92 with a kl-de .......and I have yet to run it..... I also can't believe a ze only gets around 14.4...... just seems too high.....

The MX-3 when run by magazines when it was new ran 16.8. I ran the different engines in cartest & got a lot higher numbers. After some head scratching I figured out where you went wrong with the RX-7 calculator. The Hp is the wheel Hp, not the flywheel. Drop the advertised Hp #'s by about 30 and that will get you pretty close to wheel Hp. The weight you put it in should be ~2700lbs, since it needs to include the driver.

Here are the cartest #'s-
Stock 1.8= 16.7
KLDE= 15.3
KLZE= 14.8

And the RX-7 calculator #'s with estimated wheel Hp-
Stock 1.8= 16.7
KLDE= 15.59
KLZE= 14.68

Yeah, I entered the hp on the flywheel. Thanks for noticing. Bad mistake. I used 2690 pounds as weight (car + driver + full tank).
