Sealing New Alteza's - Help plz!

Hi, i got a pair of black alteza's waiting to be installed tomorrow...
I know i need to seal them but i have a couple of questions!

What sealant should i use?
Where can i obtain this sealant?
Where do i place the sealant?
Will this sealant be clear? or unnoticable once applied?
Will this sealant ever turn yellow or turn generally nasty looking?

clear silicon sealant
can be found at any autoparts place
put it around the edges where the clear cover meets the housing
yes it's clear
no it wont turn yellow or look ugly if you smooth it
