Selling my 92 MX-3 BPT soon

Post by brianho »

Well I've had this car for 8 years now and I think I've done all I have ever wanted to do to it. If the next few months go well I will be getting a G35 6MT coupe. At first I was going to keep the MX-3 and use it for a race car but then changed my mind. Here are a few of my specs, I was wondering what would be a good price this setup.

92 MX-3 Elegant Beige with 1.8L Intercooled BPT @ approx 11-12 psi
The car has 345,000km on it but the engine has only 70,000km
GTX BPT ECU
ACT clutch (1.5 years old),
Greddy Boost controller, Greddy blow-off valve
Custom 2.5 inch exhaust, HF-Cat, stainless steel duel cannister exhaust
Maszdaspped Struts (6 months old), H&R lowering springs
KVR cross-drilled rotors
MSD Ignition, magnacore 10mm wires, 4 gauge grounding wires,
HID headlights, Hella fogs, indiglo gauges
17 inch Konig rims with Toyo Proxes 4 205/40/17 (1 year old)
Mazdaspeed (Corksport) front, WW suprastyle spoiler, Custom side-skirts (some guy in New Zealand made them, no one on this side of the world has them because he hasn't exported any except mine)
Sony ES MiniDisk deck, 10 disk changer, MTX 10' inch sub, poineer speakers, 4ch 400W amp (2x100 front, 300W to sub-bridged, rear-deck powered)
Momo Stering wheel and shifter
Clifford Alarm with keyless entry
Tinted Rear Window

No AC, sunroof, or power windows.

Still have OEM bumper and springs and 4 other crappy rims with Dunlop D60 tires

To give you an idea as to how fast it is running, before Christmas my friend and his WRX STi had a little fun. It was raining hard so off the line he obvioulsy won, but on a rolling start 50ish km/h (on-ramp to the highway) I pulled away.

But anyways, other than a sight hick-up in power at full throttle, above 11 psi (only happens once in a while), everything works fine, even passes air-care no problem. Anyways, any feedback/offers would be great. I love this car and will totally miss it. I just hope whoever buys it treats it like I did.

you will obviously have to pay whatever extra taxes/duty/shipping. Or you can come pick it up, and drive it back.

What parts were you looking to buy/trade? I was thinking of selling the whole thing for round $6000-$5500, but if I can part it out and get more then I guess that will be the way to go, it's just way more hassel.
