Anyway that I can get one now? I want to swap my 95's air controls over to the 93's so that I can use these... So please get in touch with me about the HVAC panel, whoever set up the first buy...

has anyone ever noticed on this site the majority of the people that want something that was custom made rely on posting and waiting on the original founder to get intouch with them about getting them a product rather than doing a little looking (oh yes its obvious in ever post about the hvac pannels who did them) and contacting the person themselves, i just think its funny. call me an *** but still funny.

Your going to have to wait until speedhut starts producing them on there product line, and i believe i stated after my groupbuy was over i was not doing another one, nor taking individual orders, and after reading through countless amounts of emails about people crying about how they didnt have the money at the time the groupbuy was going on or that i didnt leave the buy open long enough for everyone to get on, I would have to say im tired of the bs, and im sorry it had to be you to which i post this, but come on guys. I Stated very clearly multiple times i didnt want to wait 6 months to have a working product, and if you wanted on this buy you would have to get on quickly, No i dont care if you were having money troubles, if you wanted them bad enough you would of figured out away to get them. If you were not monitoring the board well then thats your own fault, modifying your car is a competition, some may not want to admit it, but it is, everyone is always trying to have something new that they can call there own that no one else has.

Now supposively there is someone in canada who is trying to do a groupbuy for these again, unfortunetly he has failed to contact me, about using my design for the next group buy. And legally the groupbuy cannot go on unless he has my permission (yes being a graphic designer, i do copywrite all designs i do, hey its free through my work). And the only reason i would not allow this groupbuy to go on is if he is doing it to make money, i made ZERO dollars off the last buy, and actually spent a little money out of pocket to have it done (ruffly 45 bucks im not worried about that) so until im contacted via email and not word to mouth, i will not allow the next groupbuy to begin.

Again sorry if i come off sounding like an *** (which i seem to) but if you look at it from my stand point its very understandable

Totally, uncalled for... Understood anyone would be mad for a stolen design, but because of a question on something I never asked before you shouldnt give a reply such as you did. Besides, is that design copyrighted? Did you buy a patent and copyright, The ACTUAL production model? That's like saying you designed a bodykit, and asked a business to make it for you. You gonna say they dont have the right to produce more? Now if you originally had it copyrighted to begin with. The Actual produced product, then you have the right to "STOP" the company from doing it. Not starting a flame war, but it was a simple question asked, and as you said you dont reply to the "MANY" pm's so what good would it have done me to PM you?

i was never attacking you just making a point clear and yes i do hold a copyright on the actual design.

U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C Chapter 1.Section 106
"Subject to sections 107 through 121, the owner of copyright under this title has the exclusive rights to do and to authorize any of the following:

to reproduce the copyrighted work in copies or phonorecords;

(2)

to prepare derivative works based upon the copyrighted work;

to distribute copies or phonorecords of the copyrighted work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending;

only i hold the right to have the design reproduced, im not trying to be an *** about it, but i stated there would be 1 groupbuy for these 1 and i did give someone else permisssion to do another groupbuy for them, but not who's doing it now.

Again i do apologise for coming on strong, but as many people dont always get the picture, you have to come on strong to get the point across.
