The online manual does not display the page on headlight adjustment. Can someone give me a quick overview on a 93 GS?
Thanks.
Headlight Adjustment
Re: Headlight Adjustment
Two screws at the back of the headlight. Top one is for right to left adjustments, bottom one is for up to down adjustments.
Here are a few links to help you out with the adjustmnent guidelines. Although they are for e-code headlights that do have a distinct cut-off at the top:

Good luck.

Re: Headlight Adjustment
I got into a minor accident, and it apparently affected the headlight adjustments... i tried adjusting it, but the screw for up/down adjustments just spins... the other side works fine, but i think the screw on that side is busted.. Is there any way i can fix it? or do i need a new headlight assembly?

Re: Headlight Adjustment
I don't have any pics to show but if you trace the screws into the headlight you'll see a plastic bulge/cover. It's held down by two screws (if i remember right it's a lot easier with the headlight off the car). Take the bulge off and you'll see the two plastic gears that connect the screw to the actual aiming mechanism. More than likely the dinky plastic gears had cracked...Originally posted by xerostatus:

The easiest fix is to just take the plastic gears off and aim with a pair of pliers from now on...
cheers,
