even though it took a long time for my cf inverted hood to get to me..(wasnt his fault! stupid shipping companies) we kept in touch the whole time and he always made sure he kept in touch with me and even found my hood and told me where it was the whole time! great guy and very nice! would buy from him for sure!!! oh ya and the hood is in MINT condition and was packaged very well!!!!

He is patient and understanding, yet still alert. He kept me on my toes, and didn't let me forget about him.
