what to do?
what to do?
I have a 92 mx-3 gs with a 5 spd v6. It has 65,000 miles on it. I bought it as i theft-recovery. It needs I radio, rear wiper arm, lower side marker light, drives side automatic seatbelt, and other odds and end parts. and one org. mag wheel. I don't have a lot of time to work on it and have to take it to a theft-recovery inspection. what is it worth parted out? And if u have parts let me know.

Re: what to do?
Man I have done the same exact thing you doing and it sucks. I live in tx and maybe the laws are different here. Luckily all my work has been done correctly and I kept ALL of my reciepts. Its too expensive to go to get it inspected and to fail its $200 here if i remember correctly. I know some wrecking yards to go to in Tx but u didnt say where u were from so i might not be able to help. Just make sure to try and buy from auto recyclers because there parts all should have the part numbers and if it doesnt DONT buy it. Believe me there are many newer ad nicer cars there that fail over and over because the part numbers arent on it or have been removed. And believe me those inspectors check everything top to bottom and inside and out. Good luck!<p>[This message has been edited by Mychael101 (edited January 19, 2001).]

Hey if you plan on selling it lemme know I might be able to take it off your hands if have all the proper paperwork necessary and if the price is right. This will be my 3rd mx-3 so im used to fixing them and it will be my 2nd GS. Another important question do you have the certificate of salvage title??
