Watch out for that tonguefreek, this is the ******
guy in this world, I sold him a rear hatch shade, he didnt even paid me all the shipping charges, I had to pay an extra 10$US from my pocket. I sent him the hatch shade right away at the only adress he gave me. Then the item get returned and he his pissed because he forgot to mention that he has a mail box... Then he ask for a full refund when I had to pay over 70$CDN to ship it when its clearly not my fault, I also have all the email where he never mentionned anything about any other shipping adress. I offered to refund him the hatch shade minus the shipping charges which are not my responsability since HE made the mistake, then he threat me to file a complaint and stuff. If you gave me a good adress, you would have received your shade over 2 weeks ago. i told you i was willing to take the 135 i payed for it and if you read your emails i also told you i was willing to pay the shipping for you to send it back to me but for some reason you refuse to answer me as for the 70$ you claim to have payed for shipping if im correct that money came out of what i sent you its not my fault that you sent me the wrong shipping charges and you had to kick in 10$ but if you would reply to my emails im willing to pay for the shipping a 2nd time as long as we can get our info on the same page and as for me being "the gayest person in the world " i am offended by this and think is should be deleted from both of your postes if you can not post with out flaming somone plz dont post i think we should keep the name calling out of this<p>[ August 24, 2003: Message edited by: tonguefreek ]</p>

Doing this and blaming me for your mistake isnt very professionnal from your side either. I even offer you to refund you except the shipping charge and you post crap about me and do paypal complaint behind my back to get all your funds back... You offended me as well and its not honest from your side. And I just think that people who try to scam shouldnt be on this forum.

im not blaming you if you would read your emails i have been sending i offered to pay the shipping for the 2nd time but you refuse to answer me so who is scaming who as for pay pal i dropped it im the one who is tring to work this out but you refuse to reply to me at all

Well...to shed some light to this transaction. I don't play favorites, I tell it as it is. I've dealt with both of these people and this is what happened. <p>First, Pat sold me some headlight covers, took about a week to get them from Canada to California. Had no problems with emails or product.<p>Second, TougueFreek, I was trading my Altezza's for his hatchshade and Spoiler Lip. Agreement was to ship them out at the same time. This took along time (3 weeks) TougueFreek said his package was returned, due to wrong address number, when I heard that, I immediately got my package returned from his local Post Office, and cancelled the transaction. I Offered to reinburse him, He emailed me a quote for $50 from UPS, which was very dissappointing, since if he really shipped it, TongueFreek wouldn't have sent me a quote. I said I would need a certified receipt before I reinbursed him, not another email about it.<p>As I said before, I don't play favorites, This is what happened with me from my point of view. I hope this helps a little.

i dont see how im screwing anyone i sent the money via pay pal he shipped it out via postal my mistake should have told him to use ups but anyways since it was sent back to him he wont return the money i payed for it 135$ or email me so i can pay for the shipping again so you guys decide who is screwing who he now has the hatch shade and my money and wont return my emails so i can repay for the next shipping

I will contact you when I get the hatch shade back, also the paypal complaint never got cancelled, and I wont get screwed and refund you or send it back, then paypal takes another 170$ in my account to refund you...

well when you decide to email me ill contact pay pal but untill then im gonna keep the complaint open assuming you anr not gonna let me have the hatch shade i payed for and yes i offered to pay the shipping again so if you wanna work this out email if not ill take it your gonna screw me and ill let pay pal deal with it

I finally shipped his hatch shade back today, and he paid all the shipping fees. We had a dispute but this was due to a misunderstanding because he forgot to tell me in the first place to use UPS as carrier. I used CanadaPost and the package been sent back. He recognized his mistake and paid the shipping fees again for UPS. Everything is on its way now, and we concluded this deal. <p>thanks
