Sent my money over two weeks ago for a drivers side power window switch. He was very quick to repond when I needed one, but now that he has my money, I can't get any response out of him.

Be sure to get PayPal to reverse your payment before the 30 days is up. If it comes to that, let everyone know he is a deadbeat seller.

Paypal payment has been reversed. This guy is one of the worst kind of deadbeat sellers.

You have to start an investigation. There are only a limited number of reasons to start an investigation that Paypal considers valid, such as 'didn't receive goods', or 'goods not as described'. If you go to their help section (upper right hand corner of their website), you'll see how to start an investigation.

The only reason I didn't send your precious window switch right away was because i didn't know you had sent me money
I told you $30 for the switch shipped to texas
but i guess thats too much money for you hillbillies down there so you tried to get it for 20 elsewhere and when you couldnt u didnt even tell me u were gonna send me money for mine YOU JUST DID! and unlike you i got a life and i dont sit next to my PC 24/7
