warning about a deadbeat member

about 4 weeks ago i made a deal with Illa Killa
to trade my hatch garnash for his gs spoiler so we made the deal and i shipped out my garnash to him he recived it i sent him a few emails and no reply so i waited a week still nothing so i sent another email and waited still nothing its been 4 weeks now and he wont even return my emails and still no spoiler so im my oppinion i would concider him a dead beat but that is just my 2 cents.if anyone would like to take pitty and help me out i need a spoiler or a garnash
