I did a little research and it seems we are not looking for a Cavalier. its an Escort/Protege engine hunt, some one needs more HP. Yeah I did some work on my hood this past week. No longer black with a scoop. gotta say it looks better from a distance and worst up close. OH WELL.
Oh and XashramX just drive your car with the broken link it wont hurt anything. mines been broken for atleast 6 months.

DONT duct tape the link in place, toss a pair off vise grips on it and just twist that piece off. This way you will have no clunking. and your getting a new one right. consider getting upgrade links from toungfreek. think its like $65US for all four.
