hey all im new

Hey guys, my names nick im from london ontario. i first started getting into cars when my best friend rob showed me some pics of an mx3 he knew the owner of, since then i have become obsessed with them, they actualy made me want to get a job. so i did an now im here, im about ready to buy my car within a few months, im basically looking to meet new ppl in this community so that i can get a better idea of what i should look for when im buying it and hopefully when i get my mx3 to join the mx3 club in toronto. so hi and just gimme a reply if u have any hints or important info i should look at when purchasing. by the way im planing on doing an engine swap so any suggestions there might really come in handly sucha as any great engines u would suggest . and i hope someday i can have a really pimped out mx3, with a ton of power in her. so ya just hit it up if u got any info, oh and ya please use easy to understand terms, like i said i only started getting heavy into cars a few years ago im sorta noobish lol.<p>[ August 07, 2003: Message edited by: MoBnicco ]</p>

hi new guy.
if you look in the upper right hand side of the page there is a search icon. Click that before asking questions....the majority of your most common questions can be found in there. if you're still having trouble ask away....there are several experienced people here to help.

Welcome to the site. I'm rather new also. But as for suggestions, unless you're planning the engine swap REALLY soon, I would havta insist that you go with the GS model. It has quite a bit more pep than the RS, and still isn't bad on gas. From what I've heard, the MX-6 engine fits nicely in the MX-3, and give 164 horse, but I'm sure there are others that give even more, it's just a matter of searching for the info.<p>l8r
