Need to Know Good Shops in Van area for ICBC Work

Ok, so I need to get my front bumper replaced, my right front turn signal, and my right front sidepanel fixed. I also am doing this through ICBC.

So, I need to know a good shop to get this done that a) won't screw me over, b) can handle submitting it to ICBC, and c) will give me the option of used parts for bumper etc to keep the cost down.

Any ideas in the Vancouver area? (If they are any good I'll probably keep going there for maint)
