Cool trip

Post by monkii »

I am just wondering...seeing that there are so few MX-3 down in the state, won't it be cool if we have a trip down? Imagine how the americans see our cars and wonder if MazdaUSA is test driving new cars. Those in the state said MX-3's are so rare there right, so we take a tour down and let them know what a really nice looking car they ignored/missed out few years back. :D

Sounds like a nice idea, but it's all about time... busy, busy, busy...

Actually, me and MxWestCarClub (Kev) were pondering on that before. It will have to be planned ahead and everybody will have to commit. We done Portland before a few times but with a few people and just to go to Corksport/Coast Trip. Of course we would have to swing by Portland/Jarid/Corksport if we go. Some other suggestions were Carlisle Show or even may be as far as East Coast/TO. Oh a more arrangable side would be a SoCal trip. One of the things to consider for those that are Canadians is to jack up 3rd party liability for your insurance to 10 million. You would be driving in a litigation-happy country.

I'm working on something, projected date would be probably in 2004 or 05. So sit tight and we will have a huge road trip. Hopefully a lot of people would be able to commit to this trip.
