MX-3 2.5 KLZE vs Civic Hatchback GSR Turbo
What do you guys think bout this. My brother recently got his 94 Honda Civic Hatchback done up with a Honda GSR Engine, Turbo, Intake, Intercooler, exhaust, ect... He got a dyno plot of it and it's about 285HP at the wheels (I don't remember the torque or RPM it was at). I just brought my MX-3 to the Shop (A-SPEC) today to get the KL-ZE swap, Cold Air Intake, Racing Clutch, Exhaust, and Short Shifter done. Who's going to reign superior, Me or my brother
I feel lost without my car right now but they said i'll have it back sometime next week (I hope so).

Well the kl-ze is 200 at the crank and with all those mods you'll be dding more but 285 at the wheels will be pretty tuf to beet. I think the hatch back has and advantage.
I'll be doing my swap there as well, how much is all of that costing you ? I'm getting all those mods done as well. if you don't mind sharing the price tag...

The Hatch would win...more power and less weight. If you Turbo that ZE I think you could kick his a-- tho.

Yeah i thought it was a pretty damn good deal. The guy there said that all the engines he gets are under 60000 KM.

yea...a n/a ZE wont hit 285 fwhp with just an intake and exhaust. Clutches and shortshifters dont add horsepower either.
