its hard to do but most important DONT DUMP THE CLUTCH
keep the rpm antwhere from 2500 to 4000 depending on tires and power you have and just "feather" the clutch and remember tire sqweil(sp)is bad and cost you 60' time

I find personaly, if I raise the rpm past 7100 in first gear I have a hella time trying to get it in to second anyone share this prob?

If you're not happy with this website, Why did you come. Probably cause you're a looser. On the R/T Ive noticed that if I take it up to 6500, let the revs drop to around 3000 and pop the clutch up halfway and slip it the rest of the way I can get some really nice launches, then i barely move my feet for the 1-2, just enough to shift without grinding them gears. Then the 2-3 I pretty much do the same only with no clutch slipping, The clutch grabs here pretty hard, Then the same for 3-4. By this time im going about 87 mph and Im about done with the 1/4 mile. Oh and I shift 1-2 just after redline and the 2-3 right at redline. Good for 7 sec flat or less 0-60 and a mid 15. No slips yet, I just have beat people that run mid 15's.

Anyone got any tips for an Auto? I know, Autos suck, but that's what i'm stuck with. Is it bad for the tranny when you get your RPMs up in neutral and kick it into drive?
