Sure it may work...however.Originally posted by mdavis:

a) the stock brakes are perfectly fine for ANY street driving you might do given good pads, good rotors, and fresh fluid. And if you want to be a pimp, some SS lines.
b) I know Gro. I've met him. The response was me being sarcastic.
c) The_Great_Touge hates me. I don't know why. He doesn't like my answers, so he tells everyone that I'm a loser or something. In actuality, I'll tell you what works, what doesn't, and where to save your hard earned money. He doesn't seem to like that. :darin:

Re: Big brakes?
They have a front big brake kit, but the rears are listed as OEM calipers and plain rotors...Originally posted by nope-mx3:
www.precisionbrakes.com has some bigbrake kits.
Both front and rear.

Re: Big brakes?
Ya, i looked into it cause i would like a brake upgrade as well
I know you won't wanna have a rear brake bias, but is it really a good idea to have a big brake kit on the front only?

Re: Big brakes?
the stock brakes are already biased 75/25 ...the rears are worthless and barely contact any of the rotor as it is. The rears only seem to be good for the e-brake

Re: Big brakes?
So, any suggestions on good rotors for Hawk HP Plus pads? Will Brembo "standard" solid rotors do well together with the Hawk pads? I want to have good brakes on the street and also on the track. I have ATE Super Blue brake fluid, and going to install my new "pimp" SS brakelines later.

Re: Big brakes?
that will be perfectly fine.
you should upgrade your tires....falken 512s aren't so hot.

Re: Big brakes?
Hehe, I know. Read good things about Falken Azenis. Though I don't know if I'm going for "R-tyres" and keep my 512 for street use instead.
