Look...<p>I posted SEARCH, and the reason is because the first time i read this post, i searched myself, came up with at least 3 good threads, and one of which HAD ****ING PICTURES... So please, drop the damn attitude, leave the room, go take a deep breathe, and when you get back, click the damn serach button and look it up for yourself. When you find which people have the springs, PM them.<p>And no, I haven't driven a MX-3 with H&Rs, but I know what the spring rates are for Proteges, and how much stiffer they are for the MX-3 kits. And that along with the lowering amount will tell you incompetent people "how they ride."<p>So stop being a fool, please, because you're currently the cause of half the "other crap" in the suspension forum right now.<p>

Ride and performance are related. What I'm saying is that, simply put, your butt isn't sensitive enough to feel the differences, but they are there.

yes theres a way but i dont recommend it. look up at a previous post. it is posted in here some where. but think about this, at a 4inch drop you wont be able to go over speed bumps, drivewas will be a complete ***** and driving will just be one hell of a time. maybe an air ride suspension is in the call for you so you can raise and lower it for driving and what not. i dont know much about air ride suspension for im just learning just to learn about it even though ill never have it in my car...<p>[ August 05, 2003: Message edited by: ltjrunner ]</p>

DROPZONE ADJUSTABLE SPRINGS!!!!<p>Hey, I just installed them on my car today! And I have to say, these babies took the car down! But not nearly 4".. maybe about 1.5-2" max! they advertised wrong, but thats all you can go without scraping the tires, so its all good!<p>As to performance, I have noticed a bit better handling, and a lower seat is always fun. but other than that it is all for looks. the ride is stiff, and you can feel just about every bump in the road (and i installed new struts too!).. but i'm happy with them. As others said, I would agree that Intrax or Eibach is better. I dunno u decide. good luck dude<p>~ sam

If you want to go down lower you will probably have to remove the strut hat to allow the perch more movement.
