wheel size's??

Post by Ryencool »

im looking to get new rims over thsi winter, and im having a hard time deciding between 16'and 17's. I like hte low profile of the 17' ( 35 or 40 ) but can you find 16inch tires that are 205/35/16? I dont want to go buy rims and have them lookretarded with big ole beefy tires, but 17's get more expensive, any suggestions or information?

I would suggest either 35 series for 17's or 40 - 45 series for 16's

If you look at the pictures of Corksport's project MX-3, it was running 16" wheels with 215/40R-16's. The overall diameter is too small in my opinion.<P>If you insist on running 40-series tires, you should go with 215/40R-17's to maintain the correct diameter.
