LOWERING SPRING HELP

ok i am really new to this site and how it goes but it seems like everyone knows a lot! i am just starting to supe up my 96 mx3 and i am looking to get lowering springs... does anyone know what type i should get for a decent price, like what are the low ends and high ends, coilover or not? well hope u guys can help me out thanks!<BR><BAT><P>oh yeah any guys here from vancouver with nice mx3 or mods! message me back

If you indicate some goals, then people will help you more readaly.<P>If you've got money to throw around, ground control coilovers and mazdaspeed struts are usually recomended as the best. (you can get different spring rates from GC if you talk to them. The mazdaspeed struts are adjustable. This should alow you to tune your suspension in nicely for whatever driving you'll be doing
