Upper Strut Bearing or Thrust Bearing

I am going to get the KYB G2 shocks and I am unsure of witch to use the mazda one is plastic but the ford ZX2 one is metal will that work with the KYB G2 Do I have to change something like this in the rear aswell?Thanks

use your stock one the only time you use the metal ZX2 one is with the use of the ZX2 struts.

okay maybe the guy at the mazda dealer was trying to "rip me off" becuz i know i gave him the exact part # for those thrust bearings and he told me like $50 a piece....it really sux being a gurl sometimes..

I got one for mazdagirls car.I paid mechanics cost and it was $12.00 after tax for the upper strut bearing.
