springs, struts and shocks

I was looking into dropping my suspension and was wondering if you had a list of companies that would offer products like springs and struts. And would i need to get new shocks. Its for a 92 mx-3 <BR>thanks

you should always upgrade struts with your springs...not because the old ones will blow, but because the stock pieces cannot handling the dampening job that the new spring rates will offer.
