GC is far better.
They are made better, and they use Eibach ERS springs, which means you can get different spring rates.
Weapon R are made with a single universal spring rate that is basically made for drag racing. Its VERY stiff, and not comfy at all.
With either system, you NEED to get the Mazdaspeed struts if you want the ride to be anywhere near good. None of the other dampeners can handle the high spring rates they use.
GC is the only one i would touch to put on my car.

Ummm, even if youre car has no body roll, the forces still act to anyone inside the car, and they will expirience sideways force. And the main reason that youre car doesnt have body roll is because as you enter a turn, your riding on your bumpstops. Thats a big no-no. And if you havent done so already, you will blow the tokicos, and you will also realize that the car isnt dampened like it should be. With my ST sport springs, the Tockicos are being worked pretty hard.
Fisrt thing you should do it bring the car back up at least an inch of not more. You need suspension travel hardcore.

My friend bought weapon-r coilovers for his accord and after a few months one of the springs broke. Ground Control comes with a lifetime guaruntee.
