turbo manifold, flange difference?

Post by mx3optidrive »

I have a quick question, does the turbo mounting point on the B6T manifold for the VJ series turbos have the same mount as the standard T3 mounting flange. The turbo I have uses the standard T3 flange and I am trying to decide on a manifold. I can get a brand new B6T manifold from Mazda for $228 CDN taxes in or I want to get the log style manifold from jgstools.com. I just want to know what is my best option. Thanks in advance.

it really depends, the stock b6t manifold has the o2 sensor right in the manifold and often cracks right around it. i dont know anything about the jgstools manifold if they have some already made id take a look at them and see for yourself.

So does that mean that the T3 would fit on the factory B6T manifold without any modifications?
