V6 turbo pipes... revisited

Post by rebel2k4 »

So far I've searched and read the FAQ several times. I am turboing my MX3 with a KLDE. I was looking at where to put the turbo and I see that some people with PGT's have put them in between the radiator and front manifold.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong but that would be a little harder to do on an mx3 due to the fact that there seems to be less space in that area.

That basically leaves just one spot, over by the battery. I've only seen one setup like that for an mx3, and the guy didnt mention how he got it to fit. I was looking today and it almost seems that I'd have to run the pipes under the x-member and that would make them run low. Did the guy with the V6 turbo hack the x-member? any pics of that? thanks for any replies.
