spark miss with e6k and msd 6a

I installed my msd 6a ignition w/ blaster coil (used adapter tower on distributor) and it misses. It misses some at idle and lots above 2000 rpm. Fuel seems ok (by O2 sensor) and adjusting away from my current ign map seems to only worsen the problem. Also, instead of using a base trigger angle of 71 degrees i now have to use 32. I have really good spark when I just test it by gounding ign out wire. I know there are atleast one or two out there with this exact setup. I also have the GTX BPT. I am confused because the car won't start with constant duty setup, only with const charge (for dumb ignitors). I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. I had the e6k setup with stock ignition and it worked ok (but I was limited to about 8 psi boost).
